A luxurious apartment fitted will all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. My home overlooks Marasi Drive, a busy street filled with luxury condos, chain restaurants and office buildings.
The main living and dining area is filled with lots of sunlight, with a comfortable couch for relaxing and a TV to keep you entertained. The light rose-painted walls will brighten your mood as you enjoy home cook meals in the well-equipped kitchen.
Behind the glass partition, the bedroom is equally well-lit and separated from the living area with a dedicated entry point. The bedroom has a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has everything you need to freshen up, with clean towels and toiletries provided.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Straddling Dubai Creek, Business Bay is a contemporary financial district with corporate high-rises, modern apartment buildings, and expensive hotels. Dubai Water Canal has jogging, cycling tracks, and a colourful mechanical waterfall. Mid-priced stores fill Bay Avenue Mall, along with family-friendly dining options. Innovative waterside restaurants serve Lebanese dishes, Asian street snacks, and high-end seafood.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The Business Bay station is 10 minutes away by car.

• Burj Khalifa and the World Trade Centre are 10 minutes drive away.
• Cabs are easy to hail outside.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
