The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.
The bedroom contains a lush king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, multiple storage spaces for your belongings and a walk-in wardrobe.
The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

A vital feature of this multi-purpose neighbourhood is the large canal; it stretches over 3.5 km, providing access to the sea on both ends.
There is yet to be an area in Dubai that doesn't have a mall for you to get your shopping fix. You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
