Come share the magic of PEI in Heritage Hill Cottage situated on acres of land with gorgeous views of the Sou’West River and rolling Clinton Hills.
This recently renovated historical 2 bedroom, 1 full bath cottage is in a perfect location to visit all that PEI has to offer – beaches, golf, many attractions, Cavendish and the National Park.
Heritage Hill is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage filled with character and history. The cottage features a spacious living area opening to a wrap-around deck. The first bedroom is on the main floor and has 2 twin beds. The second bedroom is located in the upper loft area with its own adjacent sitting room. It has an A/C unit and a queen size bed. The bathroom is located on the main floor and has all brand new fixtures, tile, and tub/shower combo. There is a well equipped kitchen, new washer / dryer, WiFi, smart TV, BBQ and fire-pit for roasting marshmallows.
Heritage Hill Cottage offers you lots of privacy but is only 10 minutes to Kensington for all of your shopping needs – grocery stores, liquour store, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery and cafes. Cavendish world class golf courses are 15 minutes away and the top-rated Red Sands 9 hole course is less than 5 minutes.
