2 Bedroom Beachfront Cottage (1465)

You will not find a better deal than this beach front cottage on Indian Neck Beach. Not only are you right on the beach but you have an amazing price to go with it! This home offers 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and gorgeous views from almost every room in the home. The first bedroom holds a queen sized bed and is situated facing the water. The second cozy room has two small twin beds nestled into the space and would be ideal for two small children. The cottage also includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room with adjustable couch and 30" TV, and a large waterfront deck off the back of the home. 2 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booing 7 or more consecutive nights. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Swimming in the Bay.

Beautiful views of the bay

This is a lovely cottage right on the bay. Just walk down the stairs to enjoy the sandy beach and views of Great Island. We've been coming to the Cape for decades and would stay here again. This is a cozy cottage with great views. It was clean with plenty of light. The beds in the "kids" room looked great for young children but might be a bit cramped for teenagers or adults. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is a lovely tide clock so we could easily see it the tide was coming in or going out and about how long it was until the next tide change. The only "complaint" is that the ticking of the clocks in the living room was a bit loud when sitting quietly reading.

Great Little Beachfront Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this cottage for about 10 years. The location cannot be beat! The beach is great for swimming and walking. The deck is our favorite spot to eat and the views are gorgeous. The interior of the cottage is clean and cozy. You could easily spend your entire stay right here, but if you want to explore, there are many activities nearby. We enjoy restaurants in downtown Wellfleet, as well as heading over to the ocean side in the late afternoon. P-town is also a great place for restaurants, shopping, and nature activities and is about 25 minutes away.

Recently I have discovered the trails in Wellfleet Conservation Trust located on Indian Neck which make for marvelous walking when the tide is high and access to the bay beaches is limited. It is the perfect spot for my family.

We spent a lot of time in the deck as those views are unsurpassed! The outdoor shower is perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. It’s a small cottage but was perfect for four of us! The only downside was the WiFi was weak so anyone relying on it would have a hard time if it’s not addressed. We would definitely return!
