This comfortable and spacious home offers a lovely view of Lieutenant Island in Wellfleet, and beautiful Cape Cod Bay sunsets. Surrounded by Audubon conservation land, this property offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeping 8 comfortably. The first level of the property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, a lovely sun room, screened porch, and a bedroom with two twin sized beds. The second floor offers three additional bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and two with two twin sized beds in each. Enjoy the outdoors on the wraparound deck equipped with your choice of charcoal or gas grill, the widow's walk, or the screened porch area. *PLEASE NOTE: Insinkerator and fireplace NOT to be used. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own. Two-week minimum for bookings.
