Enjoy all the comforts of home at this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath pet friendly home! The first level of the home features a living room with 38" TV, kitchen with dining table and full bathroom as well as two bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a queen sized bed. Each bedroom has an A/C unit and new hardwood floors. The second floor has the primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and A/C, as well as a full bathroom just down the hall. Also on the second floor is another large bedroom with two twin sized beds and A/C. The lower level of the home features a family room with 36" TV, half bathroom, and bar. Added amenities include WIFI, enclosed outdoor shower, a gas and charcoal barbecue grill and a Keurig coffee maker. Up to two dogs allowed at this property. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

GREAT TWO WEEKS - AS USUAL

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6tyh year in Mr. Carlsson's house and all was as we expected - great!Weather was also fine, if a bit hot. We can't wait until next year so we can be back there again.

Nice spot for big group

This is a great property for people and dogs! We enjoyed staying here but sadly got confused with the listing sharing that one room had a queen and two twins, which didn’t exist. However we made it work. I reccomend going through the realtor site in future as we didn’t realize Vrbo added more fees!

Relaxing Cape vacation

We had a very relaxing two weeks in South Orleans! This home is centrally located to great beaches, restaurants, mini golf and shopping. The kitchen is well appointed, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 gas grills, beach chairs and a great outdoor shower. The property manager was very responsive!

The bedrooms were spacious, though the listing said that there were 3 queen beds and there were only 2. The kitchen was well equipped and the family room and bathroom on the lower level was an added bonus. The deck was large and enclosed, which was good for the dog. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to Orleans, Chatham, and Harwich. Thank you for a great week.

Overall everything was pretty nice, only complaint is the furniture needs updating was not real comfortable. And when advertising propane outdoor cookers they should come with propane. Both tanks were empty but overall the house was decent.

The street is quiet and people are friendly, and the house itself suits us perfectly,despite the fact that we have only seemed to use the main floor - we don't use the upstairs at all and almost never find the need to go downstairs. Additionally, since we have in the past 35 years rented on Portanimicut Rd, we love the area. On several occasions when we were leaving to go home, we have met the owner,and find him very friendly. Reviewer Comments: We always have a good time down the cape, the yard condition seems to be getting worse each year, although he took down the front bush which was great. The place was not very clean (the back deck was filthy). We vacuumed and cleaned before we left, the new fridge in basement was great. The house has no changes and seems to be getting older each year. We are in search of a 5 bedroom next year you help is greatly appreciated. Bob cell

Although we feel some upgrades are needed.The two twin beds upstairs are not sleepable (not comfortable) we used air mattresses instead. It would be great if you put two Queen beds instead as you have plenty of room and they are a better sleep. Also the fireplace smelled like heavy smoke some days not all. It would also be great to see out the picture window as the bush is very tall. The yard is not as big anymore with the firewood storage not very attractive. A retractable awning would be great for back porch (wicked hot from the sun). Overall we had a great time.
