Desde o contato para reserva até o dia 23/12, as impressões foram as melhores possíveis, devido a atenção recebida da Angela e de sua filha Lorena. Ao chegarmos no apartamento, vimos o imóvel impecável, assim como mostram as fotos. Arrumado e muito limpo. Recebemos 06 amigos (além de minha família com mais 03 pessoas), e não tivemos que arrumar nada no que diz respeito a panelas, pratos, talheres, utensílios para servirmos um delicioso Jantar. O apartamento é próximo a supermercado, restaurantes, comércio, bancos, lotérica, tudo o que precisávamos estava próximo. Vaga na garagem do lado do elevador. O prédio em si, muito bom, porteiros bem atenciosos. Quanto a Angela e Lorena, nem sei como descrever tamanha admiração pela educação, atenção, preocupação desde o momento primeiro contato, e após formalizamos o contrato, recebi dicas valiosas de pontos turísticos, restaurantes, passeios, praias. Amei !!! Quando voltarmos a Guarapari, com certeza este apartamento será nossa primeira e única opção. Gostaria de parabenizar as proprietárias pelo alto índice de zelo com o imóvel e pela atenção dispensada. Um abraço bem grande Angela e Lorena. Atenciosamente, Leandro, Auxiliadora e Lucas

Perfeita estadia, espero em breve voltar

Eu só tenho agradecer, pelo atendimento e a recepção, pois moto fora na Holanda e procurando um imóvel pra alugar encontrei esse apartamento, é realmente ele é como está no anúncio, tudo igual como a fotos, eu estou satisfeitíssima com esse imóvel pois o apartamento é perfeito, móveis em ótimas condições, localização preveligiada, atendimento nota 100 Ambiente super familiar, vizinhança muito boa, espero poder voltar em breve com minhas filhas e hospedar nele outra vez, pois viajo todos anos ao Brasil e de todos Imoveis que aluguei até hoje durante 14 anos esse apartamento é sem duvida o melhor. APARTAMENTO PERFEITO! RECOMENDADÍSSIMO!

Muitas vezes, a escolha do local perfeito para passar uma temporada, não depende somente do local. A hospitalidade, a atenciosidade e o atendimento das pessoas faz muito a diferença! E foi tudo isso que encontramos ao entrar em contato com a Lorena (filha da Ângela). Uma simpatia! A locação foi de forma muito prática, sem perda de tempo e sem estresse! O Apartamento é perfeito! Exatamente como nas fotos e descrições. Excelente localização, móveis novos, cozinha super equipada, camas confortáveis e tudo muito limpo e organizado! Ambiente de família!
