This spacious 1200 s.f. condominium is just one block from Commercial street located above Far Land General Store. This unit is filled with loads of natural light and has two bedrooms and two full baths, an open floor plan, and cathedral ceilings in the living/ dining area. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of cabinetry, granite countertops, tile back-splash, working peninsula and a pantry closet. Bedrooms have TV's and are in opposite ends of the unit. The master bedroom has its own bath, while the other has its own exterior door. The unit offers central air conditioning, central vac, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD, CD, I-Pod player, spacious deck with canopy and parking for two cars. Great location with the convenience of the popular Far Land General Store just below and a public beach area at the Bay just a short walk away! No Pets. Non-Smoking Rental. Maximum 4 Guests.

Wonderful Accommodation in a Prime Location!

As a previous reviewer mentioned, the pictures do not do this rental justice! Such a wonderful space: 2 bed, 2 full bath, laundry, 2 Parking spaces, spacious outdoor deck. Only one flight of stairs to enter the condo which my aging parents were easily able to navigate and the large sq ft design allowed for us to have separate and combined time without feeling on top of one another. The unit was clean and well stocked/supplied. Less than a 5 min walk to commercial street and amazing eats just one floor below! The owner was very prompt with replies and answered any and all questions. I hope to return in the future!

Great Location and Superior Accommodation

The condo was in great condition and in a perfect location. Very clean, comfortable and the check in/out was very easy. David answered emails promptly and made this stay very pleasant.

Happy, happy, happy with this place!

David was accommodating in just about everything. Centrally located, two, not just one parking space right outside the condo door for my lazy but. Big and comfy master bedroom. Loved the kitchen and especially the long balcony outside. A bit noisy at times with traffic, but who cares, we were in a nice place. I have been coming to P town for many year, but this year was by far the best as far as comfort. Will definitely stay here again next year if fate allows. Thank you again David for a clean, spacious, comfy and centrally located place.

Spacious and Very Comfortable

This is a great condo, very comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The condo has great outdoor deck space and two parking spaces which is very convenient. It is centrally located and easy to get around. I look forward to our next booking.

Perfect place on the Cape to call home...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in David's condo. We were attending Family Week with our 1 1/2 old twins in tow and everything was great. The location was very convenient to all events, restaurants, sights - near everything and yet off the main drag. The covered balcony was nice when we had friends over in the evening. David was very helpful with information about local amenities, and was quick to address any concerns. We look forward to staying there again.

Great condo!

The property exceeded our expectations. 1. Great layout for 2 couples. Each has their own full bath. 2. Washer and dryer 3. Clean, open layout 4. Well stocked kitchen 5. Owner is easy to deal with and left us pastries to enjoy 6. Deck is perfect for relaxation and people watching 7. Two parking spots right next to condo are wonderful Overall I was extremely happy with the condo and would highly recommend it!

Awesome Condo

This is our second year at the condo. The condo is awesome. It is a beautiful condo in an excellent location near the center of town. As last year we were greeted with an assortment of pastries and a bottle of wine. The condo is tastefully decorated and is spotless. It has all the amenities that anyone would need. The covered part of the deck is perfect for dining or people watching. The rest of the deck is great for relaxing or catching a few rays. Far Lands down stairs has excellent baked goods and pastries and great sandwiches, they also has just about anything you might need. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking comfortable and relaxing retreat at a great place. We will be back next year.

Great Place in PTown- Exceeded Eexpectations!

We chose this condo because it seemed ideal to what we wanted and once we saw it and stayed there for a week, it managed to EXCEED all our expectations! When searching for a rental, our criteria was to find a nice, newer place to fit 2 couples comfortably and privately, be close to our friends staying on Commercial Street, and A/C was a must. The two parking spots were a major plus! The condo’s layout is perfectly set up for privacy. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the place and the bathrooms back up into one another. Every room is very clean, updated, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is great for cooking/entertaining. The living room is an open space for everyone to sit comfortably. Located on Bradford Street, it is only one block from Commercial Street and a very close walk to all the restaurants, shops and the beach. We stayed in a nice place on Commercial the year prior but we found it to be too loud at night with the activity on the street. Bradford definitely has traffic and it gets busy since the condo is located on an intersection, but comparatively speaking, this location is much quieter than Commercial and inside the condo it is very quiet where you don’t realize it’s louder outside. The balcony is a major plus. It extends the entire front of the building and the ½ shaded, ½ non-shaded areas were just perfect. We could lie out in the sun or relax and eat under the umbrella and just people watch. As mentioned, we also wanted A/C, preferably central A/C, which it had. There are ceiling fans in the vaulted living room that made it very comfortable and sometimes even chilly where you had to turn up the a/c (we left it on average at 72). Another perk is the parking spaces! Not only is it parking for two cars, but it was also located right outside of the condo so we could easily access and leave if we wanted to, unlike many parking arrangements for other rentals. We were able to drive to the grocery store rather than hauling our bags back on our bikes as in previous years and we also packed up our car and drove to Racepoint Beach for the day. Farland Provisions is also a great mini-market below the condo and it surprisingly had a lot of things we needed, including delicious sandwiches. Lastly, the owner is very nice and easy to deal with and he responded promptly to my emails. Overall, we highly recommend the place. It has all the conveniences of your own apartment while being right in the heart of PTown.
