Great location

Easy to find, lots of parking and great location. We were able to park (moving the car every 24 hours) and walk everywhere. It was quiet and a great place to have a relaxing trip with friends.

Great Stay

We had a lovely stay at this cozy condo in central Glenwood Springs! The space was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped, making our stay very comfortable. We arrived a bit late on the first day and apologize for the timing, but the smart lock system made check-in smooth and hassle-free. We did our best to keep quiet, tidied up, and then went to bed without any issues, and everything was perfect.However, on the second evening, we did notice the sound of a neighbor’s TV. We weren’t sure whether it was from the unit above or next door, but we could hear it clearly from 6 PM until very late into the night. This was a bit disruptive, especially considering the property’s guidelines specify quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. We were too tired to address the issue with the neighbors or the property management, so we decided to let it go.Overall, we had a great experience and found the condo to be a wonderful place to stay, but we wanted to mention the noise issue. We hope the property can remind future guests and neighbors about the quiet hours to ensure a more peaceful environment for everyone.We highly recommend this condo for its great location and comfortable amenities, and we hope our experience helps future guests enjoy a quieter stay!

Perfect place to stay in Glenwood!

This spot is amazing! Great location that's easy to get to with plenty of parking. We walked nearly everywhere - it's so close to the restaurants in town and is even walkable to and from the hot springs! Very clean inside, it smelled great and felt very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Glenwood.

Rules

The rules were very tight and property was not to same standards. Train arrived early so we went by to drop off bags, within 5 minutes I received email reprimanding early drop off, looked like they would prefer we sit around until official check in time, way too rigid for my taste. Layout was chopped up including 20 foot hallway with 4-5 doors on left leading to bath, bed, laundry and mechanical rooms, light switches were not intuitively located like one could expect from large unit chopped up to make multiple units. One kitchen chair had several legs ready to fall off and nearly caused injury. Other that that great location.

Great location

This was a great location, close to downtown so walking was a breeze. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Parking was easy, in the back there is a public parking lot. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this for anyone staying in Glenwood!

Great location and property.

Love the location and accommodations! Be mindful of the neighbor below and his sensitivity to noise. He and his older mother hear everything. Maybe get some felt sliders on those kitchen chairs to help minimize noise transmission.

Excellent location

We had a wonderful stay in Glenwood Springs thanks to this great property that is located in a spot that was perfect for us to easily go to multiple hot springs, the cave tours, and hike the Hanging Lake trail. We had such a great time and had ample amount of space for our two kids to run around.

Great Place for everything Glenwood

We had a great time staying here. Fabulous location!! Owner was great to communicate with. We came on the train and did not have a car. Short walking to house, restaurants, bike rentals, doc holladays grave, hot springs pool. Gas station with mini mart walkable. Grocery store about 13min walk uphill a little going there. Would stay again!

Great Location

We've been vacationing in Glenwood Springs for more than 20 years. The Hotels have become too expensive so we decided on this VRBO. The home is in perfect condition and it's close to everything we enjoy doing, must of which can be walked to from this location.

Good vacation

We like Colorado state for marvellous nature and visited it the second time. We prefer to rent apartment through VRBO, to have a privacy and kitchen, than book the hotel. The apartment we rented had everything you need for vacation. From other side Glenwood springs has a lot of different attractions to stay there for a few days, even a week. So most likely we shall plan to visit Colorado the third time

Overall, very nice

Clean, great location, beautiful home. Amenities were great. Only complaint, for the price, I thought the furniture would be comfier and accommodate more people. The couch needs to be replaced, it is not comfortable at all. The seat cushions are completely worn out. Everything else was superb.

Excellent facility

We travelled to Colorado second time and each time we visited the different National parks and Mineral springs. So when we say good buy to Colorado we say, that we should come back. For us VRBO system are preferable not only because it is cheaper, but we had the kitchen and privacy. The apartment we rented is ideal for the vacation.

Great location!

Visiting Glenwood Springs was one of my favorite weekend getaways. Its a great town to walk around in wiht great restaurants, bars and people working in them. The best part about it where we were staying. It was in a very short walking distance to everything in town.
