NOTE: This is one of the few studio condos at this resort with direct access to the washer/dryer facility (shared on alternate days with the adjacent Beach Garden One-bedroom condo).

The ground floor beach rental, Beach Garden Studio condo, sleeps 4 guests in two queen-size beds.There is a private terrace with patio furniture and garden area which is just a few feet away from one of the resort's swimming pools, and has ocean view through the property's lush landscaping. The studio room features a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, small appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. It includes a 4-seat dining table, a TV, and a walk-in closet leading to a bathroom with a shower. This unit is one of the few studio condos at this resort that offers a semi-private washer/dryer facility (=shared with next door's Beach Garden One-bedroom condo, locked on both sides)!

This condo rental provides you with 650 sq. ft. of living space plus there is a 400 sq. ft. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safety, free parking, central air conditioning, a cable TV, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. This unit is located in the Eagle building on the ground floor (adjoining to the Beach Garden One-bedroom condo - E124-2).

NOTE: This studio room can be combined with the next-door Beach Garden One-bedroom condo (E124-2) through an internal connecting door to become the original Beach Garden Two-bedroom condo (E124), accommodating up to 8 guests.
