The splendor of Central Colorado awaits at the Farm House, one of the beautiful properties at the scenic Lorrayne Ranch. Nestled in the shadow of Pikes Peak, the ranch gives all of its proceeds to its partner, the J146 Foundation, a nonprofit organization that helps sex trafficking survivors, first responders, and veterans who have suffered trauma through outdoor and equine programs. Explore nearby Guffey Gorge (also known as Paradise Cove), the perfect swimming hole for cliff diving, or enjoy fishing at Eleven Mile Canyon Reservoir (Eleven Mile State Park).

Enjoy waking up and sipping coffee on the front porch in the crisp mountain air, then interacting with the 20 horses, 5 goats, 4 Scottish Highlander cows and 2 pigs on the property that may roam by and say hello. During blissful downtime, take a horse riding lesson, hike among the property’s 1,800-acre property or hike up McIntyre and Castle mountain. Play a round with friends on the 8-hole frisbee golf course. There’s also a massive furnished barn/event space available for playing games, gathering with loved ones, or simply indulging in some alone time with a good book. Great for family reunion.

From its wood-framed doors and windows to its plentiful windows that let in the sunlight, this cabin is full of warmth and atmosphere. You'll have every essential after a day of outdoor adventure, including a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a small living area. In addition to the two bedrooms in the main home, there's a private bedroom in the detached cottage with beautiful vaulted ceilings and 360-degree window views. Complimentary WiFi is also provided throughout the home.

Relaxing, accommodating & unique

We had a wonderful time on the ranch! We had more then enough room inside our cabins. The first morning we woke up to 10 or more horses grazing nearby. Such a sight to wake up too! The views were so pretty along with the sun sets. We loved going to the barn and seeing the horses, 2 pigs, 2 goats and later some cats and dogs stopped by to say hello. All dogs were super nice! We found the highland cows off in another pasture and we brushed them and mingled for a bit. Such an incredible experience! The fire pit was a perfect way to end the evening. We played horseshoe and bags (corn hole). They also had ladder golf and you could play some frisbee golf if you wanted. We hiked part of the mountain and also drove up a ways. There was no TV, but we didn't miss it at all. We stayed mid August and thought we might be too hot overnight while sleeping, but it got down to the lower 50's and were totally fine. Overall we all really enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. The travel to and from places was a bit far, but we planned accordingly and it was fine. Would recommend to anyone!
