Discover amazing local attractions just a short drive away, including Sea Screamer, Rick Seltzer Park, Capt. Anderson's Marina, St. Andrews State Park, Zooworld Zoological Park, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Todd Herendeen Theatre, and St. Andrew State Park Pier.

As soon as you enter this air-conditioned beach retreat, you are greeted by a light-filled living room. Drop your bags and spread out comfortably on the sofas that were picked with guests' comfort in mind. Watch an entertaining movie, show, or sports game on the smart TV with streaming services, or treat your friends to delicious homemade snacks prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's delight with all its stainless steel appliances. From there, you can easily access the extensive enclosed backyard, which features a patio and a gas grill, making it ideal for summertime barbecues! Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor and come with smart TVs and en suite bathrooms. The main suite also features a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
