Great Property with 1 issue
This property is newly renovated throughout! They provide everything you can possibly imagine for a vacation property in a beach town. The home was clean. The linens were fresh and the layout of the living area was very functional.
I have an overall rating of a 4 for 2 reasons.
1.) The AC unit does not function properly for the size of the home. The rate for the size of the home was fantastic, but the ac quality was very off in both the living area and the one bedroom in the very front of the house. It had no ceiling fan so we had to go out at 11pm to buy an oscillating fan for that specific room. During the heat of the day, the living area became hot due to the front door that did not close tightly.
2.) There was a cockroach found in that warm room the first evening. It was the only bug we found throughout our stay, but nonetheless it was concerning after a full day of traveling to see that right before you go to sleep.
Finally, the television set in the living area is fantastic!! The only suggestion I would have for the owner is to get that hung on the wall. The placement of the television near the back entrance/exit and also due to its large size could easily cause someone to tip that television over and on to the floor.
Overall, this home was almost perfect! If not for the ac issues, I would use it again.
