Eu e a minha família amamos o apartamento do Sr. Gilmar. Um lugar muito confortável, totalmente limpo e tudo novo. O sr. Gilmar sem comentários. Uma pessoa muito atenciosa, nos indiciou um restaurante próximo maravilhoso!! Tivemos um problema com o nosso vôo e ele estava a total disposição para nós ajudar. Agradeço muito!!! Eu fiquei o período do natal hospedada no apartamento do Gilmar, com a minha família. O apartamento é lindo, tudo novo, o ambiente é fresco e quando não, tem o ar condicionado da sala que é ótimo! O condomínio é lindo e é uma delícia passear por ele no fim da tarde. O atendimento na recepção foi ótimo. E o proprietário deixou o apartamento super organizado, com enfeite nas camas feito com toalhas. Ele deixou frutas, biscoito e bolo para nossa chegada. Tudo organizado! Com certeza voltaria, assim que puder!

Condominio muito bom, apartamento ótimo!
Final de semana maravilhoso! Condominio muito bom, bem estrturado com ótimas opções de diversão atende as necessidades de crianças e adultos. É um condomínio muito tranquilo, ambiente bem familiar. O único ponto negativo é que a praia em frente ao condominio não serve para tomar banho ( isso para quem gosta de banho de mar ). O Apartamento do Sr Gilmar é ótimo, bem equipado atende bastante as necessidades dos hóspedes. Apartamento grande e muito confortável. Só tivemos problema com umas louças que estavam lá sujas que deve ter sido deixada por outros hospedes, e a limpeza que tinha sido feita a muito tempo, quando entramos no apartamento já não estava tão limpo. De resto, tudo foi maravilhoso! Super indico para outras pessoas! E atenção do proprietário é ímpar! As piscinas e as quadras são os maiores atrativos, tem também a academia e a sala de jogos. Os funcionários são bem educados, solicitos, o bar da piscina é muito bom. A localização dele é bem fácil, fica a poucos km de Porto se Galinhas, bem proximo ao condominio tem um posto de Gasolina, que resolve a maioria das coisas que se precisa comprar de ultima hora. Podem alugar sem problema este imóvel.

Hospedagem Maravilhosa
Os proprietários foram muito atenciosos, tanto via e-mail como por telefone, sempre rápidos e gentis ao retornarem meus contatos. O condomínio é excelente, novo e bem cuidado, com ótima estrutura de lazer e wi-fi, com recepcionistas simpáticas e prestativas ao repassarem as informações solicitadas. Durante minha hospedagem o restaurante não funcionou, mas em breve o condomínio providenciará a contratação de um novo chef. Quanto ao apartamento, possui todas as características descritas pelo proprietário, bem equipado e decorado, inclusive com todos os utensílios domésticos necessários. Em suma: tudo perfeito! Sem dúvidas, indico esse imóvel e pretendo retornar.
