Welcome to our beautiful ranch in the heart of the Catskills in upstate New York! Our new 3 bed/2 bath home is on 5 acres yet just 5 minutes from town. In and around Narrowsburg you'll find skiing, hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, spas and more!

RELAXING
Curl up in our large and light-filled living room complete with a wood-burning fireplace and two spacious, configurable sofas. The layout is fully open and furnished with colorful designer furniture.

DINING
Cook in our stunning kitchen with professional-grade appliances by Bertazzoni, Bosch and Fisher & Paykel. It is large enough for several simultaneous cooks and it is fully stocked. Our 8 foot dining table and screened porch/open deck are perfect for dinner parties.

ENTERTAINING
Enjoy a true in-home-theater experience in our media room. HD projector, 10 foot projection screen, 5.1 digital surround sound, Amazon Fire TV and laptop hookups are all ready to go, making it perfect for movie nights. For an unplugged night, try the board games!

SLEEPING
Rest up in any of the 6 beds: 3 queen bedrooms, 1 queen sofa bed in the basement and 2 twin sofas in the living room. There is also an extra inflatable mattress. All bedding and toiletries are provided.

Long weekend away

Concert at Bethel with Friends

The home was lovely, very clean, modern and close to town. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed it especially sitting on the outdoor patio with morning coffee!

Great location and property

We went for a concert at Bethel woods and decided to stay for the weekend. The house was clean and located in s quiet area. Christy is a great host and was very responsive. Narrowsburg is a nice town and there is plenty to do in the area.

Great house!

Spent the weekend for a family graduation. House is in a quiet area surrounded by nature. House is clean, well stocked with a modern vibe. Host is great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Camp visiting day

The house is exactly as advertised and clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We were two families coming to the area for our kids' sleep away camp visiting day. This is our second stay at this house and we will for sure be back again. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with.

The perfect get away!!!!!

I rent this property for my daughter’s sweet sixteen sleepover. The property was clean and is exactly as list on online. We loved our stay at this property and would highly recommend others to book it.

Fall foliage trip

Wanted to see the fall foliage with my two littles and grandparents. House is so close to the Delaware river gap which had so many beautiful views and the house itself is on a secluded lot surrounded by trees. We loved the peaceful and serene setting. The house was also well kept and definitely one of the nicest rental homes we have stayed in. Hope to return in the summer!

Perfect stay for small group

Stayed with friends for a concert at Bethel Woods. House was perfect for our group of 5 and very conveniently located to venue and Narrowsburg. House was clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. Christy was very responsive to our requests.

Wonderful winter getaway

This sweet little house in the woods was the perfect place for our family of four to spend a wintry week. The house was cozy and immaculately clean, with plenty of space to be together — or to get a little solitude. We did a lot of cooking (even if we’d wanted to eat out, staffing shortages and holiday closures in Narrowsburg meant there weren’t many options). The kitchen had everything we needed, including a giant roasting pan to a standing mixer. We had fun using the projector in the lower-level media room but spent most of our time walking in the woods, playing board games and sitting by the fire. The house is furnished with some fun and stylish touches and we appreciated the spacious, modern bathrooms. We wished the bedrooms had been furnished with dressers, or a spot to set down a suitcase…and if there’s a way to set up the living room’s configurable gray couch so the cushion backs stay in place, we couldn’t figure it out. I’m guessing the house is a work in progress, and will only feel more cozy and welcoming when we visit again.

The house is great for a group!

We had a great time! Several friends got together for a short weekend and the house was great. Lots of space for us to hang out and talk. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to questions or and resolved any issues. Was great for our needs. I would definitely rent again with the family next time we need a place in Narrowsburg.

Great place to stay in Narrowsburg

We rented Christy’s house for a weekend girls reunion, and it was perfect—a lovely kitchen and communal space to cook and hang out in, comfortable rooms and a sofa bed for us all to sleep. Really enjoyed and would rebook if we’re ever back in the area!

Amazing mountain retreat

We were looking for a quiet retreat in the mountains and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. Amazing kitchen, open floor plan and a screened in patio for outdoor dining. There was even a fire pit nestled into the woods, not far from the house. The bed was super comfy. Christy provides all of the basic amenities so you never have to worry about anything. We could have easily stayed a few more days. And we’re definitely considering a trip back in the near future.

Very fun minimal modern layout, great kitchen for cooking too. Beds very comfortable. Fireplace and view of woods is great. Movie “theater” in basement was really great quality and sound. Narrowsburg is cute town. Pete’s Market is well stocked. We’ll be back!

Loved Christy's House!

Was skeptical of the area as we'd never been to Narrowsburg or the surrounding area. We really loved it and the house. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures--open, spacious, simple modern, plenty of room. Loved the screened porch (my office :-), deck and fire pit. The woods at the house are beautiful and peaceful. Not much to do in Narrowsburg but loved the simplicity. We hope to go back soon.

Great Narrowsburg House

This is a very open, beautiful, comfortable home with a wood-burning fireplace, a big screen to watch your favorite movies, and is very close to a Ski Big Bear, our favorite place to ski in the Poconos. What else can I say?

Secluded - Modern - Spacious

We were looking to get away from the city and decompress from a marathon of a year, and we were not disappointed. This residence offered modern amenities in a tranquil setting, not too far away from civilization but still secluded. While appearing to be minimal in design, there is the perfect amount of furnishings and nooks to cuddle up in, and the kitchen was well equipped. Compared to many prior stays in the region, we can easily say this was one of the best in the area and worth every penny.
