We came for our 25th anniversary with some friends. It was the right amount of space for 2 couples. Close to town but still semi secluded. The horses and pig were fun to watch. Property owners were easy to get in touch with.
Quiet place in country, but yet close to everywhere we were planning to visit. Easily would pick this place again when our adventures bring us back to this area
This property is located just a few minutes from several Distilleries. Woodford, Castle & Key, Glenn's Creek and 1 more are all on the same road. The property owners were very quick to answer our questions and nice to talk to. You can enjoy viewing horses in a pasture close to the rear of the house and a friendly pot bellied pig too. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The house was very clean. I'm sure this place is an absolute delight for most of the year but our stay was in February during an extremely cold period for Kentucky (in the single digits), The furnace ran almost constantly to keep up. You just can't predict mother nature. We would stay here again.
This place was very clean and a nice stay for our family of 5. We did think it would be a little more secluded and surrounded by wildlife. Loved having games to play at the house. Overall it was a great stay, no issues.
We came to town for my grandson 2nd birthday we enjoyed the house everything was beautiful the house was nice the area was nice and peaceful we loved seeing the farm animals we explored the town and did a little shopping in Lexington
House was amazing. Very well kept. Super friendly and responsive host. Loved seeing all the horses and deer around the property! ❤️ Kevin was such a delight!
Fantastic property. Peace and quiet abounds along with the beauty of the Kentucky countryside. Great location for Bourbon Trail enthusiasts. The entire house was comfortable including the beds! Communication with the property manager was stellar! Would highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again the next time we return.
Our family of 5 adults stayed here as we toured some local distilleries. The home was warm and welcoming and on a beautiful piece of property. We would recommend this home and we would love to come back again in the future.

We liked the farm setting, seeing the fences and barns, the horse, pig and the deer.
Beautiful property and very spacious. Close to everything we wanted to do in Frankfurt. Only wish the cleaning was more thorough. The refrigerator wasn’t clean and we found candy wrappers in the bedroom table drawers and an empty bottle behind the sofa pillow. Otherwise it was great. I would stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for our group! House was really clean and everything we needed was provided. We would stay again if ever back in the area.
We stayed at this property with another couple while touring the bourbon trail. It was a perfect location near Castle and Key (beautiful property) and Whiskey Thief (great ambience with acoustic guitar/singer, outdoor games and food truck.
This property was perfect, roomy and clean. We’d definitely stay again! The added touches of treats and coffee was a bonus. Loved seeing Kevin Bacon, the pig, and horses. We also saw deer whioe sitting on the porch in the early evening.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. We were in town for a little Bourbon Trail Adventure. We were so close to places to eat and all our of tours. It was amazing.
I do think one of the best things about this location was KEVIN BACON!!!
The house was beautiful and the farm land it’s on was just as beautiful. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. We were very comfortable there and would definetly stay there again when we go back to Kentucky. The little extras were a nice surprise (shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom). Beds were comfortable also. There were 2 horses next door that came over to greet us and a cute pig out back. We couldn’t get over how beautiful everything was. We’re going to bring our grown children and grandson next time so they can enjoy the place as well.
