This little gem offers the perfect blend of tranquility and recreation, with prime access for fishing and boating enthusiasts. Enjoy stepping right out to your docked boat to embark on a day of adventure! For an additional $20 per day, per boat - fee, enjoy the comforts of the boathouse. The boathouse accommodates 2 boats, with hoists (up to 30ft).
