You will also love the luxurious amenities, such as the infrared sauna, hot tub, fenced yard, and outdoor patio with a gas fire table. Whether you want to unwind after a day of exploring or entertain your family and friends, this house has everything you need.

Fully stocked kitchen (pantry items to include salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea)
Fresh linens, towels, pillows and blankets.
A starter set of personal amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash)
Convenience items (paper towels, toilet paper, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, liquid hand soap, kitchen towels, and tissues)
The home also has a laundry area with a washer/dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets for those looking to utilize these items.

Garage is kept locked and is not included as part of the VRBO rental.

Extended Stays- Please note a mid-stay cleaning will be required with any reservation exceeding 7 nights. An additional payment request will be sent at the time of booking. A member of our team will be in touch if this applies to your reservation.

Guest access This is a single family house in Belgrade, MT. You will have full access to the home including the driveway which can accommodate 2 large vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use and will be kept locked. Renting a vehicle is recommended and we do offer a vehicle for rent, please send us a message for additional info!

Other things to note Please read the following before using the hot tub or sauna:

You are using the hot tub and sauna at your own risk
Pregnant women, persons with heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure problems and elderly people should not use a hot tub or sauna without a doctor’s permission.
We do not advise young children to use the hot tub or sauna. In the event that you allow a minor to use the hot tub or sauna, they must be supervised at all times.
Hot tub temperatures cannot by law exceed 104 degrees.
Never use a hot tub or sauna alone.
Limit time in the hot tub or sauna to no more than 30 minutes.
No glass products whatsoever in or around the hot tub or sauna.
Do not use a hot tub if the water temperature is more than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
The high temperature in a hot tub or sauna will accelerate drowsiness if a person has consumed alcohol or is taking drugs, increasing the risk of drowning or heat exhaustion.


Thank you for visiting our house rules page! We expect quiet, respectful guests. The neighborhood is very family oriented. We do hope that you have a fun and relaxing time during your visit while keeping the following rules in mind :)

1. No parties or events allowed.

2. No animals allowed! This a hypoallergic home, please be respectful of that.

3. No shoes inside the home.

4. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances allowed on the property.

5. There is an additional fee for any unregistered guests.

6. Please be respectful of neighboring houses and observe quiet hours between 10PM-7:00AM

7. Please dispose of the garbage in the trash bin
and take out the trash before you checkout.

8. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom areas

9. Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

10. Please wash your dishes and load the dishwasher with dirty dishes before you checkout.
