This charming townhome is located just minutes away from downtown Estes Park, and is near Estes Park's 18-hole golf course. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a private, secluded feel while still maintaining easy access to the town center and outdoor activities.
Enter into the open-concept living room, which branches off into the kitchen and dining area on one side and the master bedroom suite on the other. A queen bedroom sits just off the entryway next to a full bath. The washer and dryer are located across the hall.
Curl up and watch TV in the living room, which features an electric stove.
The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, including a gas stove, and the adjacent dining area can seat six. The door from the kitchen leads out to the private deck, which features a propane grill for guest use.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite full bath, and a walk-in closet. Aspen Grove Getaway is the upper level of the townhome. The lower level of the townhome is also available as a vacation rental (see our Wild Flower listing).
This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which means guests need to abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. Please be aware that you are among the locals who work and quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9 p.m. Reserve your vacation at Aspen Grove Getaway today!

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Comfortable and spacious home in lovely surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was just as described. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and located a few minutes from the centre of Estes Park. It’s in a quiet location surrounded by pine trees. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the good weather. Communication with the property owner was excellent, all messages were dealt with promptly. We encountered no problems at all. We would highly recommend this property. A definite 5 stars.

We stayed in Estes Park for about a week and loved it! We appreciated how family friendly this location was. There were some toys for the kids, sleds, a backpack infant carrier, high chair, etc. It was super accommodating for us as a young family. (Side note: the pack-n-play is a mini version, so a big baby or toddler may not be able to stretch out, but it didn't cause any problems for us! Just a heads up so others can plan accordingly.) Half way through our stay, the heat went out in the house, and SkyRun was quick to respond. They showed up with brand new space heaters to keep us comfy while they worked to figure out the problem. When they realized it wouldn’t be a quick fix, they upgraded us to a different house AND extended our stay. They were very apologetic about the situation and made it clear that they wanted to help us in any way they could. We felt cared about as people rather than just customers. We would definitely recommend this property, and would feel pretty comfortable recommending any location hosted by SkyRun.

Mountain Hiking Trip

Generally speaking, I liked this property and it is as advertised. Conveniently located and tons of wildlife. However, if you require AC when you sleep, this place may not be for you. For example, we came during a time when it was 40 F in the mornings and around 70 F in the afternoons/evenings (Late Sept). As advertised, there is no AC, however the cool mountain air did not do a good job cooling down the apartment at night. And we had all the windows open. So, if AC is important to you and it is Summertime, Spring, Fall but not yet cold, you might want to look elsewhere. The other thing we noticed is that, you are above another apartment and when you walk, you easily make noise, I felt a bit guilty for this. Keep this in mind, if you do decide to stay here. Other than that, it is a nice property, worth the consideration.

Great Stay

Very well-furnished and comfortable 2/2 in a pretty, quiet area ... everything we needed during our 5-day stay in the kitchen and bath. Loved the converted old stove! What a beauty that Washington stove is. Wow. We did fine without AC, but it got a little stuffy mid-day, easily fixed with an open window or two. Never could figure out how to operate the gas fireplace, though. If we had needed that, I would have called. Radiant heat worked well on our coldest night. I would have liked better toiletries and tissue in the bathrooms, but it was okay. I'm just accustomed to a little better grade of supply. :-) Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

50th Anniversary

The interior of the home was decorated wonderfully, No AC was tuff, the temperature in Estes Park was Higher than usual. The house had fans & ceiling fans that helped . Housekeeping needed to mop the floors the bottom of our socks were black from walking on the floors. We stayed five nights & had to wash towels & wash cloths ,only had 5 wash cloths . The washer & dryer was a great bonus to have. Quite neighborhood, We enjoyed the home & our stay.

These accommodations were just perfect for us. We just wanted a home base to stay in while we visited and toured the area. However this was so much more. Clean, attractive and very comfortable. The three of us like cooking and we ate many of our meals here instead of going out. It has a very well equipped kitchen. Overall our stay was perfect. Would stay here again!!

Relaxing at Aspen

We so enjoyed our stay at Aspen Grove! It was a beautiful little cabin with beautiful views! We loved the cute old fashion stove in kitchen and had lots of space and storage areas! We saw deer and elk while we were there and went to the Rocky mountain park which was breathtaking! Would go back in a minute!!!

Super clean and super spacious. The full kitchen is nice with a bbq grill on the deck. Just like photos we woke up to Elk in the yard! 10 out of 10 i would recommend.

Great place!

The place itself was great! No complaints whatsoever about the rental. I did get extreme altitude sickness and we had to leave a day and a half early. My only option other than getting hospitalized in Estes was getting to a lower altitude.

Beautiful views

The property was close to down town but still quiet and relaxing. The scenery was beautiful. We saw elk everyday. The property was clean and cozy, with everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable

This property was clean and inviting and has it all! Large and fully stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Love the decor and feel, and the views as well. We so appreciated the ability to do laundry and park our vehicle in the large garage. Also, our kids were so excited to find the box of toys in the closet. It was perfect for our family. Also will add, there is ramp entry with everything on one level, perfect for those who need an accessible place to stay.

Great condo, wonderful location

This condo is large and well configured for comfort. The kitchen is fully loaded with all that you need. The location is perfect for a trip to Rocky Mountain National park. Our only issue was the wifi was unreliable, which made some planning a challenge as cell services is also spotty. Would highly recommend still.
