Quiet space

We were located about 10 minutes away from the gate at RMNP. Very convenient and especially convenient to town. The condo was very quiet and had everything we needed. We even had a herd of elk hanging out nearby.

Tough to find

Not easy to find the condo unit, we landed late at Denver airport , and by the time we got to the condo area it was 1:30 am. When we finally got to Mary’s lake rd The GPS said we arrived at our destination and we were not bear any condos. The name of the road they list horse tooth is not the road the condo is on ….had to drive in to every road and condo complex looking for the correct address of the building. Good location close to downtown.

Perfect location for visiting RMNP

Comfortable bed, nice amenities, ideal location. Worked fine for spouse and I and our 20 yr old son. We weren’t there much other than to sleep but den was a little tight, sofa not super comfortable/deep. It had everything we needed, plenty of fresh towels, and easy access to everything while being in a quiet location. Loved having the tea kettle. Great view. Negatives were caulk around tub was peeling and moldy, shower curtain rod isn’t permanently attached so it fell down at least 4 times during the week (we didn’t hang towels over it either) and just personal preference I prefer a lot more natural light, it was quite dark even with bedroom window shade open. Size is ideally suited for a couple but we were happy with the find last minute and appreciated the outdoor table chairs to enjoy coffee/view! Communication was excellent. Would stay again but choose a larger and upper unit next time.

Estes Park

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: location for hiking, view of the mountains (as pictured) Lodging is pricey, so we had to compromise on some things. We like to cook, so we always try to get a kitchen on vacation. When we went grocery shopping, we forgot and/or didn’t realize we only had a half kitchen (no oven and no freezer). So we got ice cream that half melted (even though we put the fridge temp as cold as it would go) and we had to make pizza in a frying pan. There were only 3 full-size plates, which was not enough to make cooking go smoothly, and no Tupperware for storing leftovers. There is only a half-size trash can in the kitchen, which was also a little inconvenient (meant emptying the trash twice as often). There are foldable T.V. trays which were very much appreciated for eating. (since there is no table). Plates, Tupperware, and trash can would all be easy improvements for the management company to make. There is a hair dryer. Sample shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion provided. 22 steps up to the door, and some were a little icy when we arrived, so that may be something to consider in winter. The thermostat is not accurate. We kept it on 64, and we were hot at night. Bedding was comfortable & shower adequate (baths are not my thing, but there is a big tub). The bedroom carpet is a little worn. So, this is not high-end luxury, but it is middle-of-the road comfortable.& clean, with a few things missing, and a few nice touches.

Nice Small Place

Great place. As advertised. This particular unit has a nice bathroom tub with keys but the hot water heater may be a bit small to fill it warmly. This particular unit does not have its own exterior hot tub like its neighbors. Great stay…it fit our needs.

Great Stay

It was a nice place for us to retreat after long days visiting our cabin remodel. Bedroom is tight but huge bathroom. Liked the location by Mary's lake. Had plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Appreciated the air conditioner. Only issues were ceiling fan out of balance in bedroom so couldn't use and dishwasher motor so loud couldnt run at night. Oh and there are more than seven steps to get to cabin. Need to count steps from parking lot. I would stay again.

Cozy condo in quiet location.

My wife and I took a somewhat spontaneous trip to Estes Park after the 4th of July. This condo is in a quiet location just minutes from “downtown” Estes. The unit is nicely decorated and supplied with everything we needed. It was also VERY quiet. We rarely heard neighbors and definitely didn’t get any street noise.

Fantastic View

This property did not disappoint! The view is amazing! Our first morning was spent with a hot cup of tea while watching a herd of Elk stroll by. The kitchen was well stocked, the place was immaculate, location was very convenient and that huge soaker tub was to die for. It's the perfect size for 2 but is pretty tight if a 3rd is using the pull out sofa. There are no handicap ramps so lugging luggage up to the condo can be tricky for a middle aged, out of shape couple (especially when your body hasn't acclimated to the altitude yet). All in all a very good experience.

Mountain Cabin get away during seminars

The property was great, over-all I loved the feel of the place. It had a nice location and many updated features. My wife enjoyed the limited time we spent there when we weren't at our seminars. It was cozy, and the owners were really easy to work with. I give this location a 4.8-star easy. That said, I would have given this a 5 out of 5 but two things were my pet peeves. I know I'm being nit-picky, but 5 stars mean perfect to me. This is a 4.8-room, which is still phenomenal, it's a great property. One thing was the TV cable box was just hanging behind the TV in full view by the coaxial cable (this looked tacky) and the remote wouldn't work well because it required a direct line of sight. A simple fix, buy a $15.00 shelf at Walmart and install it below the TV, it would fix the remote issues and look nicer. The only other thing that I was disappointed in was the pans available to cook with. My wife likes Eggs over easy and I'm a cook at heart, the pans were so old and damaged you could only make scrambled eggs because everything would stick. You can buy Sam's Club skillets for $18.00 they are great quality, easily replaced, and cheap. Both issues are extremely nitpicky, but attention to detail gets you a 5-star rating.

Great location

This was our second trip staying in a condo at Mary’s Lake. We love the location, as it is easy to get in to town but feels more remote. The condo community has been quiet so you feel like the only people there both times. This unit has a very large bathroom with a massive jet tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple breakfasts each morning. I may not have read the property info well enough, but I was expecting a full size fridge. The fridge is dorm room size but still had room for what we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will likely try to stay here the next time we visit Estes Park.

Small but very nice

We were so thankful to find a nice place to stay on such short notice. There were 2 adults and 2 kids staying and it was a bit cramped but not a big deal since we weren't there during the days. The bathroom was nice and big!
