This newly remodeled home feels fresh and comfortable, with great attention to detail in decor and design. It features vaulted ceilings and an easy, open floor plan for relaxation and convenience. Master bedroom with private entrance to yard has a large, beautifully finished private bath. Two other sizeable bedrooms share the second, elegant bathroom. This lovely home sleeps six and has all the conveniences for a perfect stay: AC, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Oven. - Spacious Granite topped kitchen with sit-up counter/bar - Vaulted ceilings in living area, ten-foot ceilings in bedrooms with Ceiling fans - Beautiful Tumbled Travertine showers with granite topped large vanities - Bay windows - Private extra-long garage with private house access - Full Laundry Facilities - Quality Mattresses and Linens. Newly landscaped yards, backyard fully fence for privacy, with hardline BBQ. Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0190. ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. ***

Lovely property, walking distance to town. 3 nice bedrooms with king beds, very comfortable. Nicely appointed bathrooms. Kitchen was also well laid out. Very comfortable place to stay while visiting Paso!

This property was everything we needed. Very very clean, great amenities, host was really easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze, and location was perfect. We were walking distance to the best spots in Paso and would easily stay here again.

Perfect location with everything we needed
It was a perfect location to walk to downtown and walk back after dinner. Each of the 3 rooms have a King bed and great linens. Both bathrooms were also good with nice ammenties. The kitchen had everything including lots of wine glasses :) Thank you for an awesome stay. I hightly recommend it.

Better Than Great!
Charm on Chestnut exceeded everything described in the listing. Check in was not just easy - it was in person! Steve answered all our questions, gave recommendations for restaurants, activities, and area attractions. The house was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and furnished with everything you need. Both Steve and the house were truly charming and made our stay in Paso a wonderful get-a-way!

Great stay great location!
This was our second time staying at Charm on Chestnut and it was another perfect stay. The house is always so comfortable and in excellent shape with all the updated, necessary amenities readily available. Steve does a great job of checking in to ensure we have everything needed, including a selection of brochures for the local businesses. This place is a true gem! Thank you again for another great home away from home vacay.

Nice remodeled home
Check in was great, home owner was there for a quick and friendly in-person greeting and quick tour of home. 2 keys, plus garage opener. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not get cold enough until next day. Found 1 American cockroach inside home (most likely from school construction across the street), and another of the same type in backyard. BBQ grill (Weber) with gas line provided great grilling. Private, enclosed backyard worked out well for our dog, quiet neighborhood, but the school construction across the street was an eye sore. AC system worked perfectly for 100 degree summer weather. Home was very clean, kitchen well stocked. A few extra towels would’ve been nice. Beds/pillows were comfortable, rooms had huge closets!! Home furniture all comfortable, however, our toddler found a random pacifier tucked between sofa cushions… Besides the refrigerator not getting cold enough until next day, the cockroach, pacifier, and school construction, the home was overall a great rental for our stay. 4.5 stars!
