The property we stayed at was perfect! The surrounding properties were not good. This spot is a diamond in the rough and perfect for what we needed! I would definitely stay here every time!

Spacious, clean, and convenient!

We rented this to go to a soccer game. Easy walk to Red Bull Arena and we explored the Ironside district with a delicious bakery. Apartment was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Owner was responsive and helpful. Would stay again next time in the area.

Do Not Rent Here! The property itself is beautiful, but the cleanliness of the property and the renter’s behavior are both unacceptable and disrespectful. The owner refused to give me check-in information until after the current renter(s) left the property. Once checked in, I noticed multiple large stains on the couch that looked potentially concerning. I never sat on the couch for fear of some type of infection/ contamination. I took a picture as proof that it was noted immediately after entering the apartment. I’m so glad I did! I noticed that each of the two beds had a fitted sheet and a throw, but no flat sheets. One day before check out, I received a message from the renter asking me if I was in the property and informed me that maintenance would be stopping by. Scary! There weren’t any emergent issues with the property; why does a stranger need to visit the day before I check out? One hour before check out, I received a text addressed to “Omar” which is a breach of confidentiality (my name is not Omar). Approximately 20 minutes later I received another text asking me if I left the property even though it was not time to check out. Approximately 2 hours after I left the property, I was contacted by the renter with pictures of the stains on the couch. I informed the renter that I saw those stains upon entering the property and took a pictures. The renter then proceeded to tell me I was lying and “we all know” that picture time stamps can be changed. Need I say more?
