Even though we, as the owners, truly love our home, we intentionally have not done any modernization to most of the home mainly to keep your costs down!! We asked many customers if they’d rather we put thousands of dollars into our home - or- keep the house the way it is and overwhelmingly they’d said, “please keep the costs down as we like the house the way it is.”
If you have anyone, including yourself, that must have “new” of everything, then this home may not fit your purpose. Please tell anyone in your group that you know that is “picky” and needs “new” that this home is older and has for the most part NOT been modernized!! IT is carpeted throughout, the downstairs, specifically the “dorm” or “Frat,” room is perfect for young children as it’s just that, a “Frat Room” or “Bonus Room”, that mommy doesn’t have to keep harping on the kids to keep it tidy!! The upstairs has some “newer” and some NOT newer areas with the kitchen “not newer”.
We want to emphasize the following that I’m sure you will appreciate:

You can bring RV’s and use the utilities and facilities!!
Ocean Front with an ocean view and trails from in front of the home to the ocean.(Rainy Season, water on the trail)
Very quiet and fairly secluded area.
Short drive to casino and Ocean Shores
Mini mart within a few blocks to the home
All children and pets are completely welcome
Large parking area.
Extra people over 18 must be listed on reservation
During slow season, you may come in early and leave late, but please ask if okay
We hire a professional cleaning crew and if you have any issue we need you to contact us immediately
-Free standing wood stove
-Pets okay - $10 per per per night
-Briquette BBQ- You are responsible for briquettes
-All appliances - not new but works well
-Any needs please text immediately
-Any issues please text immediately
-Free Wi-Fi
-2 Flat Screen TV’s
-we maintain the home constantly
-Because we don’t take inventory, we need you to tell us what is needed ASAP!!!
Furthermore, we ask you kindly to contact us Immediately of you have a need or an issue of any kind so that we can show you that our customer service is second to none!!!
Being in this business for 34 years, I’ve found out, that no matter what, we can’t please everyone and that we must be upfront when you book and know everything prior to arrival. With such a large home and sometimes booking 4-5 families there will usually be 1 or 2 people, especially when they don’t know that the home, especially the kitchen, the downstairs and the “Frat” room is not newer or new and when they don’t they will make the stay very uncomfortable for everyone else and complain a lot and that’s why we recommend that you, the booking person, makes sure the normal complainers are told that the home and interior is not new or upscale!!
