The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Kevin was a great host and was very responsive in our questions. We would stay here again if given the chance.
Loved how clean the house was and how close it was to the highway and Downtown St.Petersburg. Kevin was an exceptional host and very communicative. Also appreciated the privacy and loved the drive through gate!
The house was exactly like it was described. Cozy, comfortable, close to the pier, museums and beaches. The house had everything we needed and I would definitely book it again.
This was a great place to stay as it was so close to USF-St Pete, where we dropped off our son for school. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.
It also had some of the basic things that are needed for a short stay, such as toilet paper, coffee, soap, and shampoo. This is always so helpful for the short trips when you aren't having to run to the grocery store for some of the most common and basic needs. Thank you for providing these things!
It was short stay, but great for what we needed. The house was very nice could use blinds on the back window main bedroom to hide street light that shines in at night and in one of the bedrooms for more privacy. The rooms did have light curtains so it did have privacy, just something thicker I guess. Communication with host was fantastic. We had no problems.
