Hungry Horse Paridise

Beautiful view of river. Host provided local stores and phone numbers. Owner attentive and helpful. Could use some nicer indoor furniture, but over a wonderful quiet lovely home.

Beautiful River view

Great home

Lovely house with an awesome view and great proximity to GNP. Everything was great. Check in and check out was super easy, no problems. Lots of extras including well stocked kitchen and soaps and linens, bear spray, fishing poles, hiking poles. Would love to stay here again.

Absolutely Stunning

The location was great if you in enjoy solitude, and just a short trip to the west entrance of GNP. Breathtaking views of the river from the deck and so many helpful items for travelers (including hiking poles, fishing items, and bear spray- thank you!! FYI wonderful place, and getting to the river is challenging but also fun and exciting— so not appropriate for some younger children— Hosts were kind and let us have an early check in after a day of driving— very much appreciated.

A beautiful cabin in the woods

The house was clean, well-kept and has an amazing view of the river. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor, a second bedroom and bathroom in the loft and more sleeping options and another bathroom in the basement. Very spacious interior, well-furnished. Be advised that the last part of the road to the cabin is narrow with several switchbacks, and there are stairs to get from the vehicle parking to the cabin.

Easy access to Glacier National Park

We really enjoyed our time at this home. Beautiful river view and great access to GNP. Downstairs was musty but air humidifier helped which we ran the entire week. The house was comfortable for three couples. Kitchen is tight for more than one person to be working. We ate most of our meals at the house and cooked fresh caught trout on the grill. This is. Or a fancy place but comfortable and great access to the park which is what we were going for with this rental.

Hungry Horse wins the Trifecta

Incredible property overlooking Flathead River and rapids. Spacious living room, bedrooms, fully equipped basement complete with a pool table made for an amazing stay. Perfectly situated for a short drive to Glacier National Park! Would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking Views of the River!

We enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and all of the amenities you need. Kitchen well stocked. Close to Glacier. To get to the river is not easy. Lots of steps and a rope but overall we would stay here again.

Fly Fishing Haven

This house was fabulous. We rented this property because of its proximity to Glacier. There were 3 couples and it fit us perfectly. Dick the owner was very helpful and had stocked the house with everything you might need from Bear spray to fishing poles and even wood for an outside fire. But what we loved, as an artist and husband a fly fisherman, was the ability to reach the Flathead river. There are stairs that go right down to the river. The guys hired a guide on Monday but ended catching more fish from the river in front of the cabin. We enjoyed our week of hiking, fishing, shopping and painting.

House was great and well equipped- including bear spray and fishing poles and swimming towels and coolers. Location is perfect for Glacier. Many hikes in and outside of the park. Close to town yet tucked away in the trees and overlooking the River- not another house in sight. I will stay here again.

Brothers fly fishing trip.

This cabin is located with easy access to the west entrance to Glacier National Park and the Flathead River. The cabin itself comfortably accommodated the six of us for after fishing barbecuing, evening games and entertainment.

The view is unbelievable

What a great place to stay. The view is breathtaking. It is picture-perfect. The location is great! 10 min from Glacier. The house is very clean. It is decorated beautifully. They are working on a few small things but nothing that got in the way. The little extras at the house made our stay even better. We can wait to come back.
