Pls read before booking

Listing says "4 bedrooms", but only 3 "bedrooms", and none of them have walls that go up to ceiling, very little furniture/carpets to absorb noise, so because of a loud snoring occupant and no totally enclose bedrooms, sleep non-existent for 3 of the 4 people. One had to sleep on couch. One bedroom just has a single twin bed also. Listing stated, "2 bathroom". There is only one bathroom inside house! There was another "bath house" outside on the property, assuming to share with others in the smaller cabins, maybe, but regardless, description was basically inaccurate and/or misleading. Communication with owner was non-responsive until just a day or 2 before arriving, we were asking for photos and details of the inside of the house, and it was not ready, we learned we were the first occupants, new listing. No indication the "house" was actually a house above another house, with a spiral staircase required to enter. Being handicap, would have never booked this if known of the difficult stairway entry. By noon first day, 10 black wasps were killed in one of the bedrooms. Owner provided password for internet was incorrect. Owner replied "It works for everyone else, I will get back to you". Never did get back, password was obtained from other guest on property. Kitchen furniture consisted of 2 children's bean bag chairs. No table, chairs or microwave. Stove is a 2 burner plug-in type. Photos upon request!
