Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful, the unit was clean and fresh. The service was excellent. Check-in and host/customer service was smooth and seamless. To sum it up, i would stay here any chance i had, time and time again.

The VIEW IS AMAZING - we saw a few sharks/dolphins in the water in the early morning hours from the balcony since we were so high up. The beds slept well and had plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The property management company communicates very well. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!You are close to various restaurants in the area - we went to the FloraBama/Bubba's Seafood/Shrimp Basket/ Gt's on the Bay and loved them all.

Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience wasn’t the best firstly the tv in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t play anything when asked to fix it we had to wait 2 days then they came in while we were gone and worked on the wrong tv . So had to text them to come back and had to wait another day . Then was asked if they could show the condo to a potential buyer while we had it rented with all of our stuff in it. And also the washer wouldn’t spin the water out of the clothes and they never came to fix that problem.

Absolutely Amazing Anniversary Getaway

This property is just amazing. The unit is Gorgeous and has an incredible view. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We wish we had booked longer. It would be a dream come true to wake up to that view every single day. The communication was flawless from start to finish. The artwork in this unit was insanely beautiful custom statement pieces that I wish to add to my home in the near future. We will certainly be back. Actually looking at dates to return right now lol

This place is great for families, girls trip, or weekend of golf and beach time with buddies. The lazy river is where we spent most of our time and really enjoyed it. The great thing about this place is all the little things are RIGHT. We went on a VERY busy weekend and never had to wait long for elevators. We've stayed other places and have waited and waited on them. The condo has all the little things too... Good towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, etc.

The powder beach was one of the best we have visited and the option between indoor and outdoor pools was a must for unpredictable weather in March. I saw marine life like I have never seen it before. It was fascinating to watch the sting rays and the dolphin move in their natural habitat. Simpson Properties Group is excellent at communication. I never needed to ask a question. Everything I wanted to know was answered before I got there.I highly recommend Simpson Properties Group, the Phoenix West II, and Unit 2804.

Great stay!!

The only reason I gave this condo 3 stars was because one of the chairs outside was broken and I fell and I'm very pregnant AND we had a lot of issues with the washer not working. After slamming the lid as instructed by the management company, it would sometimes work. Also I will say, staying that high is beautiful but the elevator situation was pretty annoying! The actual condo was super nice.

First time staying with this property management company.
