Base Camp 365 is a comfortable, peaceful, relaxing, three bedroom, two and a half bath home, newly built in 2023, nestled in the pines on a private drive off M115 Highway just 1/2 mile from the entrance of Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort.
The Betsie River is 1/2 mile. Just a short drive to area lakes, for your fishing and water enjoyment. Plenty of land to hunt. From the back door you can snowmobile miles of trails, cross-country ski, try mushrooming, hiking or explore the wildlife. Enjoy all that nature has to offer.

Located in the center of three major cities, approximately 20 miles to
Traverse City, Cadillac or Manistee, with local towns just, a short drive.

Base Camp 365 is a serene year round barndominium with two stories, built in 2023, on 2 acres, a private drive, surrounded by red pine trees. Located just seconds form Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort. In its secluded location you can feel free to relax indoors or out. Perfectly located with plenty of activities, recreation and attractions, I'm sure you will enjoy all that the area has to offer. Base Camp 365 consists of three bedrooms and two and a half baths, easily accommodating twelve adults. The main level begins with a large open floor plan with living room, fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The main living room displays a wood fireplace to warm up those cold nights. Located on the main floor is also a half bathroom. Adjacent Master bedroom has a King bed and Ensuite bathroom. Follow the stairs up to find a second and third bedroom a full bathroom, two open living spaces and a cozy nook.
You’ll experience great fishing, hunting and plenty of water for recreational opportunities. You will also have direct access to trails for snowmobiling. After a day out playing or touring retreat back to Base Camp 365 to relax or sit on the porch and enjoy the invigorating fresh air in comfort, bird watch, star gaze or make Some-mores. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make your next vacation one to remember.

What a beaut!

Lovely secluded estate! Couldn’t ask for a better place to get together and go ski or snowboard at Crystal. Super clean, great open concept too! 10/10 would recommend.

Was such a cute place! So much room! We had a very small group but would be great for a larger group, and so close to Crystal mountain if you ski!

Wonderful!!!

We stayed here because of the close proximity to Crystal Mountain and Frankfort. Location is perfect! The barn itself is top notch. It is on a private little dirt road surrounded by woods. It is VERY spacious. The main floor is open concept and the second floor has two additional lounging areas. The bedrooms are large and with the many couches, you could easily sleep additional people if need be. Sheets were nice, towels were brand new, and coffee pods and laundry detergent was provided. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the owner was very quick in responding to any questions I had. Definitely recommend!!!

Crystal

The house was very nice and very clean. However, with the amount we paid we were expecting air conditioning. No air conditioning in the house and no opening front windows to let the breeze in. Was too hot in the house. Also no ceiling fan in the master bedroom to keep air flow moving. The property was situated near numerous restaurants and activities.
