Why they chose this property
It's a tranquil neighborhood with laid-back, friendly residents, mostly professionals and good families. The sound of the morning is particularly soothing to me; it reminds me of Kinshasa, the capital city of The Congo. I'm sure you'll enjoy it too, especially waking up in the sunshine from the sunroom area.
What makes this property unique
I have the most largest deck in the entire neighborhood, spanning three stories with a sunroom area measuring 13x50 on each deck level—I absolutely love it. I enjoy being on the very top, chilling and relaxing while overlooking the highway. At night, it feels like the moon is close to your face, which is what I love most about this place.

It resembles a castle and features three levels of living space. Guests rent or lease from the first floor, accessible from the main entrance, up to what we call the third floor.
