Custom built home in quiet neighborhood with refreshing expansive view of the Mississippi river. Balcony on second floor and all bedrooms overlook the river. Kitchen has everything you need to cook just about anything (10 cup Zojirushi induction rice cooker). All rooms are fully stocked with extra sheets, blankets, towels, rags, pillows and wifi TV. House has gig speed wifi and cable TV. Largest laundry machines on the market, weight room in basement. Big yard front and rear with fire pit in back by river. Two car garage. 85 inch Bravia in living room and large reclining leather sectional. Two desks in House for work needs. Three season porch, back deck, patio and lawn chairs. 7 stage filtration, mineral drinking water tap.
