Inviting, Peaceful getaway

We loved the woods behind the house and having the space to spread out and decompress after spending our days with the crowds at Museums. The house was inviting and clean. We cooked 3 of our meals while staying here, enjoyed some games from the closet, walked the property a few times, and had tea/coffee out on the covered patio. This place provided opportunity for relaxation and refreshing while traveling with my 80yr old Dad and 19yr old nephew with medical needs. There were plenty of outlets for charging the electronics. We stayed in mid-March and had some cooler days and overnight freezing, but the home was quite cozy- we just couldn’t utilize the outdoors as much as we had hoped. The trees and flowers were just beginning to bloom but it was still quite beautiful. We originally planned to travel with 3 adults but asked a day before check in to add another adult to our reservation. Communication with the host was good, easy and quick. We had no issues with our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for serene, relaxing place.

Awesome stay!

The house was spotless and so quiet. I slept better in their bed than I do my own! I would highly recommend! There were even toys for the Littles to play with and I was grateful. My daughter forgot to pack any for the grandkids.
