Condo amenities include: one TV in living room, one TV in the bedroom, cable and Internet service included, and electric included monthly up to $100, access to unit via elevator or stairs, bellmen's cart for easy move in and out, safety features include fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, dead bolt and a first aid kit, outdoor porch, desk space in second bedroom, Sonos speaker in living room.
Policies: 90 day minimum rental during December - April. 30 days minimum all other months. No smoking and pets of any kind (PER HOA GUIDELINE), no events, parties large gatherings, must be at least 30 years old to book. Additional fees and taxes of 13% apply beyond the stated monthly rental fee if renting for 6 months or less (I collect a tax that is a percentage of the GROSS rental amount collected during booking which includes rental fee and cleaning fee of $300). ONE OUTDOOR PARKING SPOT ONLY - NO TRUCK OR CAMPER PARKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.
