About this property

Welcome to Almost Heaven - Pigeon Forge

Almost Heaven is how I feel when I’m in the Smoky Mountains so what better name for our place.

Thank you for looking at and considering our cabin. We look forward to hosting you and yours for a few days! We hope our quaint little cabin makes you feel cozy and at home.

Almost Heaven is nestled in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg in the Sky Harbor Community. You are 4.7 miles from Pigeon Forge and 6 miles to Gatlinburg.

You will access the cabin via keyless entry.

Almost Heaven provides 2 Queen Log Beds and 2 Full Baths, along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

You will enjoy quiet peaceful nights on the covered front porch and/or the covered back deck.

Our cabin is minutes away from Dollywood and all of the exciting places to visit/eat in Pigeon Forge. We are ~10-15 minutes from Gatlinburg.

Sit back in the rocking chairs and relax with your family and friends.

We provide a starter kit of soap, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, bakeware and cutlery. Enjoy the coffee bar when you wake in the morning.

The cabin has 50” Smart TV’s in both bedrooms and a 65” Smart TV in the living area.

Wi-Fi is included.

We provide hairdryers in each bathroom. There is a washer/dryer combo and an iron and ironing board. Linens are provided.

There is a 6 person limit and we do not allow pets.

You must be 25 years of age to rent.

There are security camera’s on site for your protection and ours.

Guests are responsible for any/all damages, if any.

Please note:

Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains. Most roads are maintained but will be curvy, steep and narrow. There are no streetlights on mountain roads. There are no open flames or fireworks allowed.

We recommend 4 wheel drive and/or snow tire chains during winter months in the event of inclement weather.

No changes or refunds are given due to weather or fearful road conditions as we can't control the weather. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance for all planned vacations, especially in the winter months in case of a weather event that would make roads impassable.

For local road conditions, you can contact State Highway Department (865) 594-5800 or Local (865) 436-5181.

Bears do frequent the area. Be sure to not leave food in vehicles or outdoors. Keep vehicle doors locked and cabin doors closed. Please use the metal trash container located just outside the cabin that is secured. Please watch small children when outdoors due to the wildlife in the mountains.

There might also be ladybugs, carpenter bees, etc. as commonly found in the woods.

We look forward to hosting your family and friends and hope you love our Smoky Mountains as much as we do.

Good location to pigeon forge and gatlinburg

First off both beds are FIRM we didn't sleep well because of that but if you like firm these are for you!! There's no closets or dressers but we didn't mind we were only there for 2 nights. Bathrooms are on the small side kinda hard to fix hair and makeup in the mirror and its a good step down outta the tub so be careful. Parking area is small so only 2 cars fit but most of the cabins we passed on the way in looked to have a similar parking area. We loved the look of the cabin inside and out plenty of room in the living room and on porches for the 4 of us nice and cozy. It even still smells new like sawdust. Plenty of pots pans bowls ect unlike most cabins that would only have like 2 lol. We used the keurig alot but only used the oven twice to bake cookies. The furniture in the living room was comfy and there's blankets to wrap up in also. You can hear a small creek from the back porch which was nice. The host was very nice and responded to messages quickly. Its in a good location as far getting to town maybe 15 mins or less to either pigeon forge or gatlinburg. Thanks so much Susan for having us!!!
