This house has everything you need to relax at your private oasis only minutes away from new Riviera launch ramp and beach area! Hot tub, covered patio with misters to relax and enjoy sunset over the lake as well as mountain views, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace in living room with sectional and 50 inch tv, huge master bedroom in suite bathroom with beautiful walk in shower and split floor plan. This neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful the way my neighbors love it. If you are loud in anyway or have a party you will be removed from the property immediately.
