Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Unclean and Substandard!
The place very spacious and organized, it could be a good place if attention is placed on making the place clean and neat. When we checked in, there were residual dust on the furniture and beddings, one could literarily smell dust especially in the bedrooms and living room, the bed spreads smell unclean and some has stains. There were a lot of spider webs outside of the property and in some areas inside the house. Few hours after we checked-in a number of us started sneezing as reactions to the dust and smell of the place. We had to end our 4 nights booking in less than 10 hours stay, and subsequently checked in to an hotel! Also we never could connect to the WiFi ! (‘Incorrect password’)
We were in town for a conference with activities most part of the day, so we were not out for something fancy or with unrealistic expectations, just clean and neat place to sleep over, but unfortunately this place was below that expectation.
I usually we not provide such a feedback openly but rather directly to the owner for improvement but unfortunately this property manager seems to careless!
