Located minutes to Sunapee Mountain Resort and to Newbury Harbor, this home boasts an indoor stone fireplace and a spacious deck with outdoor grill for your year-round enjoyment -skiing, boating, swimming, hiking and leaf-peeping. Breathe in the fresh air and take advantage of all that the Sunapee Lakes Region has to offer.

The first floor has a full kitchen, living room with a television and a stone fireplace, and a full bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, each with a television. There is a large deck that surrounds the home on 2 sides.
