Girls night trip
My friends and I rented this place for a girls night out trip. In the description there was no mention of needing a parking pass. I was informed a few weeks before check in that is was 50 a day per car. It should be listed in the description prior to booking the property or included in the cost.The door code did not work and the host informed us there was a set of keys under another door mat on the property. this feels like a safety concern as anyone could’ve accessed those keys had we not needed to use them.Lastly the air conducting units on the wall do not heat the rooms adequately. We returned back to the house late at night, and the whole house was extremely cold. The outside temperature was very cold while we were there (temps in the 30s) and we were freezing the whole night and very uncomfortable. The back room door is not sealed properly on the bottom and it lets a lot of cold air into the room. There is probably 3-4inch gap that let’s air into the room. The house was clean and in a good location for enjoying downtown activities however I wouldn’t stay again especially during the winter.
