The house was really clean which is always a good thing. Location is great, close to shopping and Disney, but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle when you just want some quiet relaxation. Pool was nice and got really warm but could use a resurfacing soon. There’s no fence across the very back of the backyard, however wasn’t really an issue in terms of privacy as the neighbours behind have a bunch of bushes/hedges. We had a bunch of bikes with us to store in the advertised garage space however there was a minivan with a flat tire parked semi-sideways inside that we weren’t aware was going to be there so that was probably the only annoying thing as it took up almost all of the garage space. We made it work but it was cumbersome to take 5 bikes in and out and making sure we didn’t hit the van every time. It was a bit cumbersome to get around the van also when doing laundry trying to squeeze by it to get to the washer/dryer with a basket full of clothes. The neighbourhood is great. We stay in that area all the time as we have extended family who also own a home on the same street.
