This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath single-level villa is centrally located on the Resort’s popular Waiulu Street overlooking beautiful Punawai Pond, the 5th Hole of the Member’s Ke`olu Golf Course and the ocean beyond. With 2642 square feet of living space and a 414 square foot lanai with built-in barbecue, this villa comfortably sleeps 8 and sits a mere 3-4 minute cart ride to the Hualalai Sports Club & Spa, Golf Club and Four Seasons Hotel.

Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 Primary - King Bed, TV, En-suite bathroom with dual vanities, large soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, Lanai
Bedroom 2 - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with single vanity, and shower/bathtub combo.
Bedroom 3 - Two Queen Beds, TV, Ensuite bathroom with single vanity, and shower/bathtub combo.

Enjoy all the conveniences of home with high speed wireless internet access, full size washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen with all you need to entertain. Two, four-person golf carts included.

This villa has been professionally designed providing an upscale, sophisticated, yet comfortable feel.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Nice property

Easy access to the beach especially with 2 golf carts. Everything needed to cook in. Sheets were fantastic. Small lanais, but great views.

Just Chilling

What an amazing property! I could not recommend this place higher. Everything about the spacious rooms and location made the whole week easy. Well kept and decorated with a terrific location near the Four Seasons meant it was all walkable (or use the golf carts) to the beach or the resort while the quiet neighborhood helped us all to relax. The property manager (Brendan) was helpful and attentive to our questions and arranging for groceries and making sure the property was accessible when one of our party turned up early. Access to the resort restaurants also made this good value - whether or not you needed to pay a resort fee - there is still lots to access.

The spacious villa was clean and fresh with a generous sized lanai that had views of the golf course. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels for our use. It was very easy to work with PHH to book our villa and get all of the necessary information to set up resort amenity privileges. The villa was conveniently located which was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Trading Company and just minutes away if using one the two golf carts provided with the villa. We would definitely consider renting this villa again.

Hualalai Resort stay

The unit is located in a great location on the property. It was great coming home to where our son was born and my wife lived for many years. Management took care of any needs we had as quickly as possible and I would recommend the property to vacationers looking to stay at a 5 star resort.

Wonderful Hualalai Villa...

This unit is decorated in a sophisticated, warm but comfortable manner. Everything was well-stocked. Wonderful kitchen. We loved having breakfast on the lanai every morning as a family. Unit felt very private since it's a corner spot. Very quiet location, no noise from any neighbors. Definitely some golf-course "noise" / mowers etc in the morning, but it didnt' bother us at all. Comes with 2 golf carts that are so easy to commute back & forth to main resort. This unit was also very kid-friendly. I wish we had known it contained a porta-crib, high chair, and was only single story. I rented several items that weren't necessary as it's well-prepped for kids. We look forward to returning soon...
