Everyone had a great time, the house and location was perfect. I would suggest more pictures of the inside of the house as it would be beneficial to future renters.

Beautiful home with a great view on the water
We stayed at this property for the week of the Derby. It was very spacious and clean. Allyson was great to communicate with and very helpful. Loved sitting out on the back porch and enjoying the view. I highly recommend this location if your staying in the Lexington area.
Didn’t get to return hostess because of sickness but those she sent in her place were outstanding. A problem came up with an outside door closure but was addressed immediately. Later in the week another issue that help was also attended to and didn’t have any negative impact on our stay.
We were 3 couples from different states and we more than enough space and accommodatations.
Alyson is in our prayers.

The house was amazing with 6 adults, and 4 young children! We loved it !! Just perfect !
We went to Lexington for a family Christmas vacation and this house was absolutely the best house for the week!! Amazing help from Ally on any questions. She was amazing to show up at 3:30 am to help us get in. 5 stars for the beautiful home that was very well equipped with everything. 5 stars for the owners who were awesome and so friendly! We now have new family in Lexington !!! We will definitely call her next time for a family trip to Lexington. I would highly recommend this house !! The view is awesome over looking the lake, and it is just a beautiful house inside and out !!!
It is a great property. Lots of bedrooms and places to cook. It would be nice to add a guide in the house for easy reference on how to use certain things in the home. The host was very responsive to any questions.
NOTE: There is no cable tv/smart tv access. Just an antenna. The Wi-Fi is also very slow and spotty. Bring your own Firestick if you want to watch anything other than local channels. Hotspot access is also helpful.
Overall, it's a solid 4 star property.
We loved our stay in Lexington. Ally was wonderful; the house was great- comfortable, clean, great location, well supplied. We wished the tree hadn’t grown so tall and bushy
to block the view, but we loved the screened in porch anyway. We had a wonderful time.
The house was perfect for our group of 4 couples. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The enclosed deck was nice and the patio down by the water was also a great place to rest up before our next adventure.
We had a wonderful time at this fabulous rental home. It was very comfortable for our ladies getaway. There was 8 of us & we especially enjoyed the screened in porch, with a lovely view of the lake. We ate in every night & had everything we needed to cook up some wonderful meals. All in all it was the perfect place to spend our week in Kentucky. Great neighborhood, convenient to shopping. Highly recommended

Great for large families in a beautiful and convenient location
This house was a great place for our children and grandchildren to gather for a week of "Granny Camp". Lexington was a convenient home base for our planned destinations of the Creation Museum and Noah's Ark, both of which we enjoyed immensely.
The house was well designed and provided plenty of space for the 12 of us. The upstairs living room served as a nice conversation area and place for the kids to play. We made the downstairs family room the venue for the older kids and the adults to play our traditional table game. Of course, the little ones followed us downstairs, but no worries--the family room was plenty big for everyone. The screened porch was a favorite hangout, and the patio by the lake made for a beautiful setting while enjoying our coffee.
The master suite was awesome. Especially nice was the bedrooms having their own bathrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped.
The house was nicely furnished and shopping was just a few minutes away. The owner and management company were easy to reach and worked with us to make our stay very enjoyable. Our only suggestion was that the chairs used for dining could be more comfortable. We would stay at the Lakeside House again if our plans called for us to vacation in the Lexington area.

Never again.
We WILL NOT be returning to this property again. Not because we didn't like. We actually liked it a lot. And it's a great location to Keeneland and UK. We were accused and charged money for something so foolish. The owner claims that we put dish soap in the dishwasher and caused it to overflow. No one in our party would
ever do such a thing. We ONLY used the pods left under the sink. If you did not want us to use them then they should not have been left. This is unfair and Im requesting you send the remaining balance back.

Why they chose this property
Choices!!!!!!! Perfect for Large Family or Small Gatherings, Weddings, Reunions, Tours etc. We are on a hidden little cul-de-sac, quiet, serene, like no other in Lexington. The water and wildlife views we see daily are the best. Water views are scarce in Lexington. Smoke Free home which can accommodate the discriminant tobacco user with lots of elbow room outside.. Fortunately we obtained the last lot available making this home the newest most unique to the neighborhood. We live on the street as well. Everyone loves the home and if they are in the market for a home they want to buy it.
What makes this property unique
Best of both world's! Enjoy an array of wildlife overlooking Lexington's largest body of water while knowing the allure of city convenience is a minute away. Accommodating 1 to 12? Party Planning, Hosting, Photos, etc. Park like yard.
