East Hampton Village, Sag Harbor Village, and Montauk with some of the best restaurants and stores on the East End are also only a 10-20 minute drive away!

3 Bedroom (Master with Queen Bed, Guest Room with Queen Bed, Other Guest Room with 2 Twin Beds) and 2 Full Bath (Master Bath and Main Bath). Open airy home with two sets of French doors that open out to a spacious screened in porch. While in the porch, relax with a great book on the wicker outdoor furniture and enjoy your meals at the dining table. House is equipped with Weber grill and beach chairs. Lovely large backyard with patio table/chairs and two lounge chairs.

Excellent easthampton stay

Very nice stay. House is perfectly located walking of very short drive from bay beach and close to town and ocean beach. Good for a family with teenagers: 3 bedrooms. Everything need for kitchen or barbecue. Perfect two weeks

Lovely beach cottage

Kathleen's cottage is a perfect beach getaway! It is well-stocked with everything for an easy, stress-free vacation. The decor is beachy and fresh, the space is comfortable and backyard hammock is amazing. Kathleen is very organized and easy to communicate with. We hope to return!

We had a very pleasant stay in this nicely furnished home in an attractive neighborhood. The backyard had a nice patio with grass and trees offering privacy. Furnishings on the screened in porch made it a comfortable place to eat and relax or socialize. The bay was in walking distance and was a nice area for walks and enjoying the water. It was also convenient to have a general store within walking distance that offered excellent natural foods. We enjoyed shopping and dining in Amagansett, East Hampton, Montauk, and Sag Harbor.
