Come and enjoy our surprisingly spacious 4 bedroom home in The Springs area of East Hampton. The property has two King size bedrooms, one Queen and a convenient Twin bedroom. The house has 4 bathrooms, one of which is a jet-bath. Our home is set up for 8 adults sharing but can be configured for 10 (with children only) with luxury put down mattresses if children are part of the group.
The property has excellent privacy and plenty of private and secure parking.
The property boasts a chlorine-free swimming pool, expansive summer decking area, plumbed-in BBQ, fire pit and a wonderful games & media room in the basement.

I'm from London originally but have been a resident of NYC for 12 years now. I work in the Film & TV industry and was lucky enough to be introduced to the area around East Hampton and Montauk som years ago. And even luckier to buy a place out there that my family and I can enjoy.
Why they chose this property
For me The Springs is the perfect area - close enough to all the things people want and need in the Hamptons but secluded enough that one can escape and breathe!!!!
What makes this property unique
The house is quite a surprise on the inside in terms of what it offers; the layout is great for socializing and also having space away from people to enjoy more individual pursuits.
