Guacamaya Roja is a modern open concept architectural style furnished stylishly in every way. Landscaped with exacting details you will be surrounded by flowers of every kind, inside and out. Fresh flowers adorn the living room, deck and other areas. Every air-conditioned bedroom is a master, with full mountain jungle views.
The living areas feature an open concept perfectly suited for Costa Rican outdoor living. Our location takes full advantage of the constant breeze, fold open the retractable doors and feel it keep you cool. Our modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for any kind of cooking or baking and is configured with retractable glass windows to efficiently serve your outdoor dining on the covered deck. If you love to grill – you are covered in full. The propane grill has all of the equipment you need and the heat you want to make restaurant quality steaks, chicken and seafood. Each morning you will be refreshed and replenished after sleeping in our amazing king size beds. Separated from the upstairs living area is a large TV recreation area with a very comfortable pull out sofa bed easily accessible to the bedrooms. THIS HOME IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL CHILDREN UNDER 3.

One of the many wonderful services at this house is the private access to the amazing Ballena beach. The beach is 3 miles long surrounded by jungle and an amazing view of the three sisters and Ballena rock formations. All of our guests have raved about this beach as most likely you will only see a few other people on the entire beach.

We are located between Uvita and Ojochal in the Southern Pacific of Costa Rica, a spectacular 3 hour drive from the San Jose airport. From the House Drive 10 minutes to your private entrance to the Ballena National Marine Park Beach. Experience the beauty of this wide 3 mile beach. Peaceful walks, boogie boarding basking in the sun and spectacular sunsets await you. This property also includes a private access point to the Ballena National Park beach with free parking.  This part of the beach rarely has more than 4 or 5 other people, so it is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy perfect waves and a spectacular sunset on the beach. You will enjoy the cool mountain breezes with a 20 minute drive up to the mountain in a 4x4 car.

* Maid Service every other day. Don’t worry about doing dishes or making your bed! You’re on vacation, let our team do the “dirty work”.
* The most attentive and helpful staff to assist in tour and dining recommendations and reservations.
* Round Trip transfer from SJO airport for up to 10 is available. (Reservation necessary)
* We can arrange a car with free delivery to the house, please ask for it and we will get a quote for you!
