Excellent location and excellent time of year.

We were very pleased by the location of this property on the beach. The views of the sunrise and moonrise were spectacular! And being a the beach in late April early May was terrific!

Excellent location, nice house

This house is right on the beach, and it was so easy to go in and out whenever we wanted. The house is pretty nice, though the dining room table was a bit too small to fit everyone. All in all a good rental and we would go back.

Great Location - Family Friendly

Convenient, clean location. Easy access to beach, Dewey restaurants and Rehoboth activities. Proprty management group is fast to respond; very courteous.

Spacious and unbeatable location!

We spent a week at this property and loved it! Location is amazing - oceanfront and central to all the best places in Dewey - and the property was plenty big for our 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog. Also the included beach gear was a huge bonus! Agree with other reviews that the house needs some TLC but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Fantastic views, great furniture and plenty of space

Great oceanfront stay with plenty of space. Love the furniture and dining options inside and out. Only negative is that the Upstairs bedroom (for kids) didn't get great circulation and was a little hot. All things considered would definitely stay again!

Fantastic beach holiday

We had a lovely stay - the house is exactly as pictured. Check in by email. Two decks with comfortable chairs overlooking the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to restaurants. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

Great location but…

Unfortunately I was extremely underwhelmed and disappointed by this unit. There was an extreme lack of kitchen supplies. And the entire unit is dirty as if there was no cleaning done at all between us and the last family.

Great location, comfortable couch

This place was right on the beach which was really nice. The interior shows wear but didnt interfere with our fun. This was one of the only vacations weve been on with comfortable living room furniture. So our family game nights were awesome. The beds are a lil stiff but manageable. Downstairs bathroom sink drain doesnt open. There was an issue with the listed address and getting our towels delivered. We were told 3(n.o. st) but it is actually 2 (unit3). But that too got sorted out. Great ac unit and well kitchen.

Nice house, great location, not very clean.

Without going into explicit detail, the house was not clean which left a very bad impression for me and my family. All in all we had a great vacation but for the amount of money spent, there should be a cleaning service that cleans thoroughly. Things that were moldy should be replaced or cleaned. The communication with the property manager was very good when reached out regarding a clogged tub drain, she was very quick to respond and fix the issue.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The views, the living space, the awesome kitchen, all amazing. Watching sunrises at this beach is magical, from the shoreline or the patio! Karen and Louis are the best communicators!

Great Location!

Property is on the beach. Quiet, even though it's near restaurants and stores. Layout is comfortable and kitchen has all necessary implements. Communication with host was excellent- easy check-in/check-out.

Perfect Location…..Spacious

Our family of seven adults LOVED our stay at this beautiful beachfront townhouse. Just steps from the beach, it is well-furnished, clean, spacious and within walking distance from many restaurants. It had everything we needed. All of our questions were answered promptly. We highly recommend!

Relaxing week on the beach

Our second time staying here and couldn’t be happier with the place and of course the location, on the beach!. Clean and comfortable and roomy for all 8 of us. And the owner responds right away to any requests. Highly recommend this place to get away from it all but to also be close to it all! Dewey stores, restaurants and bars one block away and Rehoboth just a hop skip away too. We had the best time and we will come back to this lovely townhouse on the beach
