Bedrooms are equipped with sound machines to ensure a restful night’s sleep, given the lively nature of South End. You may hear city sounds, including music and people from nearby establishments.
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please communicate this prior to your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the home for your arrival.
Parking Instructions: Two parking spots are available in the rear of the townhouse. Car 1 should pull into the driveway, and Car 2 can park perpendicular to Car 1, ensuring that most of the vehicle is on the sidewalk/driveway.
Note that there is no other public parking available on Penn Street. All other vehicles must park on city streets or paid garage parking. Blocking neighbors' driveways, obstructing traffic, or parking in unauthorized areas puts you at risk of being towed at your own expense.
House Rules
No Parties: This property is not permitted for parties of any kind.
Guest Limit: No more than the registered guests listed in your reservation are allowed in the townhouse at any time.
Quiet Hours: 9PM weeknights 10pm weekends
Exterior Cameras: For safety and security, the property is equipped with 2 exterior cameras. 1 in the doorbell and one on the garage. Tampering with these devices could cause an immediate cancellation without refund
Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of the full-time residents living in the surrounding townhouses.
Pet Policy
Absolutely No Pets or Animals: We kindly request that you do not bring any pets or animals into the home.
Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
