Josh & Rachel became Premier Hosts with their first property in Auburn NY, only minutes away from their home. Much of their family moved to Murrells/Myrtle, so they sold their Auburn property to begin their journey in Murrells. They lost their premier status due to no rentals for a year, but they are determined to be the best hosts in Murrells.
Why they chose this property
Murrells is the premier community in the area and this property is so close to so many of the attractions. It is a wonderful neighborhood. It feels secluded and private, but is somehow 3 minutes from Chick-fil-A and about the same to Huntington Beach State Park.
What makes this property unique
It is unique in that it has a full 1/2 acre lot that is completely fenced in and has a saltwater pool. There is a driveway that is perfect for multiple vehicles, an RV, a boat or motorcycle trailers.
