SATURDAY- SATURDAY Rentals
Del Boca Vista North is a NEW (finished in June 2023) luxurious oceanfront beach home with magnificent panoramic views. On almost any day you can see dolphins swimming by and playing directly in front of our house. We are located within the much-desired oceanfront community of Ocean Ridge Village in North Topsail Beach. There is a large community pool within a minute walk from our home as well as a beach access about 100 feet away. Our home was built with multiple families in mind. Our living space offers a HUGE ocean front dining table & spacious living room with extra seating area. We also have an additional dining table for 6 off of the kitchen which we find gets used a lot for game nights or puzzles. Del Boca Vista North is a home built for entertaining, socializing & relaxing.
If you enjoy cooking as much as we do, you're all set. We have a FULLY STOCKED kitchen that makes cooking for everyone a breeze. We offer dinnerware for all as well as kid friendly options. You'll also find an array of serving ware options. As owners who use this house a lot in the off season and who have hosted almost every holiday, we are sure you'll find what you need to cook for your family too.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, we have something for everyone including 2 King Suites, 2 Queen Suites and 2 Bunk Bed rooms that offer 2 Twin over Twin bunks to sleep 4 per room. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The bunk bed bathrooms have tubs to make bathing the kiddos a little easier. We also have a game room with 3 Arcade game systems as well as an Air Hockey Table that has become a family favorite.
After a day on the beach, you can rinse off in our large outdoor shower that offers a foot washing area as well as a full shower with hot water. Relax on either of our ocean front decks that offer plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy a meal or cocktail while taking in the sights & sounds of the ocean. True serenity for all of us busy families. While on the decks, you can also listen to your favorite music on the Sonos speakers.

We are a beach loving family of 4 from the Raleigh area but originally from the Tri-State area (NY, NJ & CT). We love to share our house with other families who need a break from the hustle & bustle of the daily grind. As busy parents of teenagers, we know the importance of a stress free vacation and serious downtime. We feel that our home provides everything you will need to unwind and truly relax. We hope Del Boca Vista North exceeds our guests expectations and gives them the same sense of peace & tranquility that we enjoy here as a family. And YES, we're huge Seinfeld fans.
What makes this property unique
Since we are a family who uses our beach house A LOT in the off season, we're pretty sure this house has it all. We pride ourselves on making sure everyone has everything that you should need to relax, unwind and just be present with your loved ones.
