Welcome to our modern sunlit lakefront home with a private dock and lake access. The house is located inside one of the best private communities in Pocono Lake area - Locust lake Village. The community offers seasonal access to area skiing, sledding hill, tennis court, private lakes & beaches and playground areas. At the home you'll find a canoe, two adults kayaks and one junior kayak for you to enjoy.

A bright and cheerful home that provides you and your family with spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, lake views, a lake and boat launch right in our backyard and everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free getaway.

The sun-filled living room is perfect for relaxing with coffee or a glass of wine in front of the fire as you break out a board game or settle in for a cozy movie night.

Your inner chef will be happy in our newly updated kitchen stocked with pots, pans, cookware, and all the tools for a home cooked meal around the dining room table or fire up the propane grill for a barbecue. Bring your pup to our pet-friendly home and make new memories with the whole family!

SWEET DREAMS AT YOUR POCONOS GETAWAY

Four clean and comfortable bedrooms plus an extra bed on the lower level for your ultimate relaxing experience.

The main level offers the master bedroom with a king size bed and direct access to a half bath.

Next door you'll find two twin beds in a bright and airy bedroom appointed with one desk for when you need to get some important work done.

Lastly on the main level you'll find a set of bunk beds featuring twin bed on top, full bed on bottom and a pull out trundle twin.

On the lower level you'll find an additional bedroom right off the game/family room as well as an additional trundle bed.

The home is designed with families in mind and is the perfect spot for your relaxing getaway. We provide the canoe, kayaks, and life vests so you can spend less time planning and more time having fun. When work calls, our fast wifi plan is 300 mbs download, 12 mbs upload!

GET TO KNOW LOCUST LAKE VILLAGE

As a guest in our home, you have access to the private community at Locust Lake Village. You'll be able to launch your canoe/kayak right from the private dock in our backyard (unfortunately no swimming off the dock, only in the designated beach area) and a quick walk or drive around the Village provides easy access to:
* Lake/dock access right out our backyard.
* Several lakes and beaches
* basketball, tennis, volleyball, and bocce courts
* playgrounds and walking trails
* special events like concerts, parades, fireworks, bingo, barbecues, and fishing
* come back in the winter for a sledding hill and ice skating

This wonderful, family-centric community offers fun activities for everyone. Renters will be required to provide a list of all guests and to check-in at the LLV office upon arrival. We provide 6 complimentary wristbands and more provided when you check-in at the LLV office. They'll grant access to all the amenities LLV offers. Wristbands are only required for guests age 12 & up. Guests will also need to follow all community rules including no parties, respecting noise ordinances, and following all posted speed limits and rules. Any noise violations and speeding violations will be the responsibility of the renters.

After a full day exploring the Village, relax and unwind back at our home where you'll listen to the birds, watch the deer cross through the backyard, enjoy the gorgeous lake view, cook up s'mores on the open firepit, and breathe in the fresh air of your new favorite family vacation spot.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of our locked storage spaces.

If you’d like to enjoy our outdoor fire pit, don’t forget to purchase some firewood for your trip. Bundles can be found at any local gas station along the way!

The check in time is after 3pm, check out is before 11am

All guests need do Pre registration online at least 72 hours before arrival . Failure to do so will result in a $35 late registration fee which will be the responsibility of the renter. Last minute reservations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur that same $35 fee.

Each car must be registered for a parking/trash compactor pass. Security will have a list of the cars that are registered at each address. The office will charge $5 /Car /stay

*Wristbands – Each rental will receive 6 complimentary amenities wristbands ( good for 6 people for the whole stay )All guests ages 12 & up are required to have wristbands for using community amenities .

PA state law requires fishing licenses to fish ( guests can purchase temporary fish licenses at near by store - Pocono boat house )

We love our neighbors so we ask that you respect them and keep noise and music to a minimum. Quiet hours in the village are from 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced by 24 hour security.

There are canoe and kayaks for your enjoyment in the backyard and guests are welcome to use them on the lake at their own risk .

The house owner does not take any responsibilities for any injuries and accidents that may occur ion the lake . Please use discretion and wear your life vests. We ask that you please place the boats back to original place after use so our next guests can enjoy them.

PA law requires fishing license for fishing in the lake ( can purchase at near by store next to the village )
