Tranquil

The property manager was excellent to deal with the house was very clean and any questions I had were answered almost immediately. The home is in a very quiet area, but close to everything.

Perfect

This property was in a nice quiet area. It was perfect for large family. We enjoyed being able to cook & spend time together. The kids really enjoyed the karaoke machine. Personally I enjoyed sitting on the rear porch enjoying the quiet mornings.

Quiet and secluded but lacking essentials

Overall the property was great, my family had a blast, but there were a few items that appeared to be missing or unprepared. The clothes dryer seemed to be broken with a small dryer mounted on top. This required multiple loads to dry what the washer could wash. No hand towels or soap in the guest bath. Very limited cooking utensils, we bought measuring cups at the dollar store and left them. No spices, not even salt, just some pepper. None of these are deal breakers but are difficult to work with when you travel across the country for a stay.

Conference weekend

The house is beautiful and it is in a great neighborhood and it was close to the Benton! We were in town for a conference so that was convenient! I will say a few things could have been prepared/stocked a little better. There was no bed sheets for two of the beds (or not that we found anywhere,) there was very very little toilet paper. Our group had to go buy more and there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and there was not any coffee provided (this one is minor but always a nice touch when provided.) Overall the house was nice! It does say on the listing it sleeps 20 our group wasn’t 20, we had 9, however we still had two on the couch so I'm not sure where the 20 is coming from or how it would be able to fit with only four bedrooms.
