Large windows and sliding glass doors provide an abundance of natural light and highlight the villa's spectacular view of the golf course. Offering plenty of comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV, the comfortable living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. A seamless open floor plan allows for easy flow and conversation between the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
Featuring chic navy cabinets, plenty of counter space, and bar stool seating for three, the villa's kitchen is sure to please the family chef. The adjacent dining area overlooks the golf course and has dining space for six.
For guests who prefer to dine al fresco, step out to the screened porch. This area has a large outdoor table surrounded by eight chairs. For even more outdoor fun, head to the back deck, where sweeping golf course views await.
The first primary suite is secluded upstairs and has a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional generously sized bedrooms are located on the main floor. The second primary suite features a king bed, balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and easy access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
